Robin DeBraal
Robin holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science and American History. Post graduate courses include, Marketing, Dispute Resolution and Mediation. Her past professional background included teaching Elementary, Intermediate and High school. During which time she was awarded “Outstanding Teacher of the Year”.  As her family became more independent, Robin became the Relocation Director for a major Palos Verdes and South Bay real estate firm and eventually a successfully selling agent. As a professional in the real estate field, Robin has attained numerous designations that have furthered her knowledge in the field. These include the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, CRP and CRS designations. She has also donated her time to her profession by serving on the Local Real Estate  Board and has been elected delegate to the California State Association of Realtors. She, again, donates her time to her community by serving on various volunteer boards. Currently, she is past President of the Lunada Bay Homeowners Association.  
Cheryl Rau
Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Her professional background includes employment with Bechtel Power Corporation in San Francisco and Pennsylvania, followed by Engineering and Project Management positions at Hughes Aircraft Company in El Segundo, California. She has held numerous volunteer positions within our local Palos Verdes schools and has been active in Palos Verdes Peninsula and South Bay civic and community affairs. Cheryl brings extensive knowledge of the South Bay and Palos Verdes Peninsula with its neighborhood dynamics that can link today’s buyers and sellers. She was born and raised in the Hollywood Rivera section of Torrance and now lives in the Lunada Bay community of Palos Verdes Estates. She and her husband, Ron have owned property in Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, Hollywood Rivera and now in Palos Verdes Estates.
Also, Cheryl  knows the intricies of Short Sale and Foreclosure process having attained the Certified Distressed Property designation from the National Association of Realtors.
